Who Sees What

About

We make Salesforce access legible

Every Salesforce admin eventually gets the question: "wait, who can actually see this?" The honest answer is usually "let me get back to you," because the real answer is spread across profiles, permission sets, roles, groups, and sharing rules. We built Who Sees What so that question takes five minutes, not an afternoon.

Why we exist

Access in Salesforce widens through addition, across layers no single screen shows you together, until exposure becomes a blind spot. Who Sees What reads every layer and tells you not just who can reach a record or a field, but the exact grant that lets them. It reads, it never writes, and it never copies your business-record contents. The point is to make access something you can see, so you can fix the surprising parts before an auditor or an incident finds them for you.

What we believe

  • Read-only by design. We inspect how access is configured. We never change your org, and we never read the contents of your records. See our Data scope.
  • Access should be legible. A list of names is not an answer. The answer is the reason each person has access, in plain language.
  • Privacy and security first. We collect only what the audit needs and protect it carefully. See our Privacy Policy.
